I don’t know much about body work or painting, but the car is a yellow Volkswagen and I can imagine that’s probably not an easy color to match. The car is only a couple of years old and I’m sure from your perspective that the paint match is critical with color to color “blending”.

Dale stayed in touch with us through the entire process and worked everything out with the insurance company. I’m sure there was probably some aggravation that he had to deal with – but from a customer’s perspective we never saw or experienced any of it. THAT’S HUGE!

I told my wife, I think the car actually looks better now than it did before there was any damage, it looks GREAT and your attention to detail has won us over as “customers for life”.
