This was the first time I had to bring my car into an auto body shop, and I didn’t really know what to expect. When I dropped the car off, they helped me file all the paperwork and take care of all the details and put up with me having little idea of what to do. When I picked up the car I was astounded. It was an easy in and out, but when I looked at the car it looked great. Not only was the bumper replaced perfectly, but the car was washed and cleaned beyond what my car had looked like in a long time. They even left a little bag of treats on the passenger seat as a very nice added touch. Not only would I recommend Casten Body Shop, but I am actually looking forward to my next accident just for the Casten experience again. Thanks Casten!

The last several trips I have taken were handled by Petra Croneigh from Lake Zurich Travel. Her attention to the details and concern to meet my expectations of the trips were second to none. It is comforting not to have to surf sites and make the numerous inquiries when you a professional like Petra doing that for me. After years of bifocal glasses, I wanted to explore bifocal contact lenses. Dr. Robertson was very helpful and informative in regard to the lenses. She took the time to thoroughly explain the options as they related to my specific eye prescription. When the lenses arrived a week later, the staff was extremely supportive and patient as they taught me the ins and outs of contact lenses.

The office atmosphere is professional, yet friendly, and it is clear that everyone there really does care about the patients.

Dr. Vanderbilt is a terrific chiropractor who really loves his job and takes your health and wellness very seriously,  His level of personal service is unmatched by others in his field.  I had been to several chiropractors before meeting Dr. Vanderbilt and had very little success with them, mostly because I needed to go to the others constantly to receive any improvement.  With them, I found that as soon as I stopped going there my neck pain continued.  Within four visits, Dr. Vanderbilt had me pain free and on a schedule that allowed me to visit only 3-4 times per year.  If you have any reason to visit a chiropractor you need to meet with Dr. Vanderbilt.

Dan McNamara with McNamara Interactive did a fantastic job with the development of our company’s website.  This was our first attempt at a website and we didn’t know what to expect.  Dan met with us first and explained the process and assoicated costs in great detail.  We knew what to expect and when to expect it.  When we finally saw the site we could not believe how good it looked and how he really understood our business and what we needed to say.  Anyone with who needs a website but is apprehensive about what needs to be on it, needs to talk to Dan.  We are so glad we did.
