When I dropped the car off, they helped me file all the paperwork and take care of all the details and put up with me having little idea of what to do. When I picked up the car I was astounded. It was an easy in and out, but when I looked at the car it looked great. Not only was the bumper replaced perfectly, but the car was washed and cleaned beyond what my car had looked like in a long time. They even left a little bag of treats on the passenger seat as a very nice added touch. Not only would I recommend Casten Body Shop, but I am actually looking forward to my next accident just for the Casten experience again. Thanks Casten!
